If you have already been playing at s9s9 for some time now, you've probably noticed that our platform is more than just a place to bet — we truly value every loyal player. The VIP Rewards Programme s9s9 is our way of saying thank you to the players who have made our platform their go-to destination for sports and casino entertainment.
Many Malaysian players ask — what sets the VIP program s9s9 with other platforms' loyalty programs? The answer is simple: we don't hide terms in the fine print, there's no time-wasting "opt-in" process, and your rewards are credited automatically — no need to request them one by one. We believe a good rewards program should feel like a genuine gift, not a test of your patience.
Each time you place a qualifying wager at s9s9, you automatically accumulate reward points based on your total wagers. Point earning rates vary by game category:
Accumulated reward points can be redeemed for game credits in your account s9s9 you at a set rate, or held for entry into the monthly reward points draw where bigger prizes await. The higher your VIP tier, the higher the point multiplier you receive — Diamond members earn 3x points compared to regular members.
One of the most popular perks in the VIP programme s9s9 is an automatic weekly cashback. Every Monday, our system calculates your net loss over the previous 7 days and credits a set percentage directly to your account balance. This means that even when the week doesn't go your way, you still get something back as a cushion.
For Diamond members s9s9, cashback reaches 2.0% of the week's net loss. Imagine playing actively at high wager values — your weekly cashback can add up to a genuinely significant amount. And because it is credited automatically with no excessive rollover requirements, you can use the funds immediately or withdraw them whenever you like.
In addition to casino cashback, s9s9 also offers exclusive Sports Betting rebates for Gold members and above. Sports rebates are calculated based on your total sports wagering amount — regardless of whether the bet wins or loses. This means the more actively you bet on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, or e-sports at s9s9, the greater your daily rebate.
For Diamond members, the Sports Betting rebate reaches 1.0% of total wagers. For players who bet consistently and regularly, this can add up to a significant amount over the course of a month. Sports rebates are credited daily and can be viewed under the "Bonus History" section in your account s9s9 your account.
One of the things we're most proud of at s9s9 is the transparency of our VIP upgrade system. There are no subjective decisions or favoritism — your VIP tier is determined solely by the cumulative deposits in your account. The system works on a cumulative basis, meaning every single ringgit you have ever deposited into your account s9s9 is calculated, not just your current deposit.
VIP tier reviews are carried out weekly — once your cumulative deposit reaches the threshold for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically and you immediately start enjoying the new tier's rewards with no delays. A notification will be sent to your mobile phone when your VIP tier goes up — a moment that's often a highlight for loyal players s9s9.
Every month, s9s9 hosts an exclusive lucky draw for VIP members. Gold members receive 1 ticket, Platinum members receive 3 tickets, and Diamond members receive 5 tickets automatically each month. Monthly lucky draw prizes include:
Lucky draw results are announced at the start of each month, and winners are notified directly through their account s9s9 theirs. This is not a promotion that requires you to "click here" or "fill in a form" — everything runs automatically as part of your VIP membership.
This is perhaps one of the standout features of the VIP programme s9s9 that Malaysian players love most — automatic birthday rewards. On your birthday, the system s9s9 will automatically credit an exclusive birthday bonus directly to your account based on your current VIP tier. There is no need to contact anyone or submit a request — it happens automatically as a token of our appreciation.
Birthday bonuses range from RM 38 for Silver members to RM 388 for Diamond members. These bonuses come with very reasonable wagering requirements and can be used on any game on the platform s9s9 — from live casino and slots to sports betting.

Real experiences from players who have enjoyed the benefits of the s9s9 VIP Program.
"I've been a s9s9 Platinum member for 8 months now. The 1.2% weekly cashback was something I honestly didn't expect. Last week I received RM 420 cashback straight into my account, without lifting a finger. My personal account manager is genuinely responsive too — any question gets answered within 5 minutes."
"I play football and Live Casino at s9s9. After moving up to Gold, the daily sports rebate has been a genuine bonus I didn't see coming. In a month I can rack up RM 200–300 from rebates alone. Got the birthday cashback too — RM 88 credited just like that. I'd almost forgotten, but s9s9 didn't!"
"Reaching Diamond was a long road, but absolutely worth it. The instant withdrawals are what I appreciate most — used to wait hours, now the money hits my Touch 'n Go in under 10 minutes. The 5 monthly lucky draw tickets are a nice bonus too, occasionally win some great prizes."
